Chat Rules

Poker is a social game and the following rules are meant to ensure that it remains so. Commenting on current hands is strictly forbidden.

Cards may not be disclosed until a hand is finished and players should also refrain from commenting to the table during a hand on cards they have folded, as any information that may be inferred may also influence the hand in play.

Use the chat sparingly so as to not interfere with timely and courteous play. Players may not type words, characters or phrases into chat that make it difficult for others to use the chat feature. Any comments of racial, ethnic or sexual nature will be considered a breach of etiquette.

Please note that all chat must be in Italian or English language.

Harassing, intimidating or otherwise interacting with other players in a manner judged contrary to poker etiquette will not be tolerated and will most certainly lead to temporary, or even permanent banning of chat privileges and in extreme cases may lead to account suspension.
Failure to observe any part of this chat policy can result in players having their chat privileges removed.

If you have any questions regarding the chat rules, or a player is being abusive, rude or disruptive at the table, we urge you to advise support directly via the game's chat and/or contact support via email under the "Contact Us" section of the website.
